I can go to 65% ARV - (Using Private Money Funds For Purchase)

I can go up to $50k for repairs (Nothing higher)

I need to make (15k - 30k Net!)

I prefer unlisted houses if at all possible, but will look at any property if the numbers work. Same with Short Sales, I generally negotiate my own, but if the numbers work, I'll consider those too!
